The 2021 African Seed Trade Association Congress was held in Kenya – Mombasa at Diani Reef Hotel from 27th – 30th September 2021. SAA at the 3rd All Africa Post-Harvest Congress and Exhibition (AAPHCE)

The African Union Commission in partnership with a multi-stakeholder consortium composed of diverse regional and global partners including research & academic institutions, development partners, non-governmental organizations, and private sector actors led by the University of Nairobi and University of Johannesburg held the 3rd All Africa Postharvest Congress and Exhibition, from 13th – 16th September, 2021 under the theme “Postharvest Loss Reduction for Sustainable Food Systems”.

Government of Mali opens Agricultural Extension diploma program at the Agricultural Colleges (CAA) in M’Pessoba and Samé using the SDDC model of SAA

The Government of Mali through its National Directorate of Agriculture has decided to adopt the SAFE Demand-Driven Curriculum (SDDC) to train diploma holders in Agricultural Extension at SAME College of Agriculture. SAA-Mali co-organized the national dialogue on Malian food systems in Bamako

BAMAKO: On Friday July 16th, 2021, Sasakawa Africa Association - SAA co-organized with the Ministry of Rural Development and the Regional Universities Forum for Capacity Building in Agriculture – RUFORUM, the national dialogue on Malian food systems at the Azalai Hotel in Bamako.
